The inspection device "Find," newly developed by Toyokuni, is a photo judgment inspection using a camera. When an image other than the pre-stored images appears, the check function activates. It checks even the detailed parts that are often overlooked in visual inspections. It operates without fatigue, always maintaining the best checking condition to monitor product quality. The detection device is a camera linked to a computer, which continuously checks the images captured by the camera. Based on the comparison with the computer's data, it determines defective items such as deformations, attachments, foreign matter contamination, and defective products. Once the location is recognized based on the comparison results from the computer, the removal operation begins. The removal process is tailored to the characteristics of the customer's products and factory equipment. The camera re-confirms the operation results, and if any abnormalities occur during the operation, the computer will issue a command to stop the line and alert the current situation with an alarm.
